Video: 2008 Nissan GT-R Filmed At The Goodwood Festival

The guys over at “GTR Owners Club” managed to grab the… pole position at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed that took place a couple of weeks ago in the UK, filming the Nissan GT-R prototype that appeared at the event up close and personal. Among other things we get to see the higly-anticipated GT-R’s interior and especially the instrument cluster which is dominated by the large rev counter. The GT-R, due to be unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show in October 2007, is expected to be powered by a twin turbo V6 engine delivering more than 400Hp. -Click “Read More…” below to see the video

Video: 2008 Nissan Skyline GT-R Scoop Clips

Along with the Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X, the Subaru Impreza WRX STI and the BMW E92 M3 the Nissan Skyline GT-R or just GT-R if you prefer, is one of this year’s most anticipated sports cars. Due to make its public debut towards the end of the year, the twin-turbocharged V6 powered GT-R is the production version of the GT-R PROTO that made its first appearance at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show. Nissan Qashqai "Urban Skateboarding" TV-Ad

While not as radical as the Qashqai online skateboard commercials, but definitely more politically correct, Nissan takes upon urban-skateboarding once again to show off its compact crossover. By the way, is it me or is Nissan’s new TV Add suspiciously reminiscent of Jeep’s Compass Urban Playground ad? Yay for creativity!

2008 Nissan Skyline GT-R Video

I’m not sure if you’ve seen this video, but if you haven’t here’s your chance! Apart from the fact that the Skyline GT-R is relatively thinly disguised, leaving all the juicy details open, the video contains excellent footage from test runs in Nurburgring, Germany where we have the chance to hear some GT-R “turbo-music”. Although it’s unclear whether will unveil the next generation Skyline GT-R in Detroit, according to a previous press release, sales will start in Japan in fall 2007, followed by the U.S. and Canada in spring 2008. Nissan Qashqai Cargames Videos put Tony Hawk to shame

Nissan found a kick ass way to promote its 2007 Qashqai crossover through an extreme sports concept in a series of radical videos. Cars are portrayed flying up full and half pipe skate ramps showing us some neat tricks and a better look at what a passenger had for lunch... although we could have done with out that part!

Nissan attempts to convey the message that like skateboarding and other extreme sports, driving a Qashqai is a lifestyle, not a luxury activity.

Exclusive Paris Sneak Peak: 2007 Nissan Qashqai Production model Teaser Video

Get a first sneak peak at Nissan's 2007 Qashqai production model that will be officially unveiled at the 2006 Paris Motor Show. According to the teaser video, Nissan will release the preliminary photos and specs on September 6th.

Based on the homonymous concept which was revealed at the 2004 Geneva Motor Show, the Qashqai is a compact crossover that combines characteristics from various categories (C-segment hatchback models like the VW Golf /Rabbit, SUV's and MPV's). If that doesn't sound like a perfect match for the Dodge Caliber I wonder what does.
